CANCELATION POLICY
All cancellations made 48 hours (or less) before the activity are non-refundable.
Activities may be canceled under the following circumstances:
- The minimum number of participants is not guaranteed.
- Unfavorable weather conditions for the activity.
- Minimum safety conditions are not assured.
- In case of cancellation, activities may be refunded or rescheduled for another date, provided there is an agreement between the client and Bravelanders.
(Any applicable fees will be deducted from the refund amount.)
